Refunds and returns

At Adyoo, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Items marked as final sale or promotional items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@adyoo.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return does not meet our policy conditions, we may deny the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible.
